We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Union Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Please note, that payment is only debited from your card at the time of dispatch. Some credit card companies allocate the amount to your account as soon as you have placed the order. But the money is only “pending” and not “withdrawn” from your account.

We unfortunately don’t accept PayPal.

Payment Security

The system will recognize whether or not the credit card is registered on the 3-D security programs Verified by SecureCode.

These are security systems that have been developed to ensure that the registered card holder and the registered online retailer are involved in the transaction. If you are a member of the 3-D Secure Program, a pop-up window will appear on your screen asking you to enter your password when making a purchase online. This window is linked to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (a password that you have previously selected). Transactions can only be made by entering the correct password.

Once you have registered and created your own private password with your card issuer, you will be automatically prompted at checkout to provide this password each time you make a purchase. This means that even if someone knows your credit card number, they will be unable to complete a purchase without your private password.

Please note: Your Credit Card SecureCode password is not your Cosmo Direct Supplies account password. Cosmo Direct Supplies does not have access to your Credit Card SecureCode password.

Refund

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to place the order. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please note that refunds can take up to 29 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Contact your bank if you need to speed up the process.
